I rarely leave reviews, but they truly deserve one! They did an excellent job taking care of my very first car. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and they went above and beyond what I needed. I had to replace my oil pan because it was damaged by an oversized drain plug installed by a previous oil change company. Since that company was covering the cost of the repair, Brian went out of his way to help communicate the situation with them, which made the entire process much easier. As someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars and could easily be taken advantage of, I’m so glad I chose Joe’s for my first trip to a mechanic :) Thank you, Brian, for reassuring me throughout the repair process and for communicating clearly every step of the way! I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. There’s a lot of wisdom and integrity in this place, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Joe’s is the nicest and most honest shop I have ever done business with. They will only do the right thing the right way and will be transparent, honest, and fair with the repairs and pricing. I also appreciate that they will do the repairs right with OEM parts and I’ve trusted them with the Bronco and Jeep my family drives on a daily basis. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and their other customers do the same. I knew I found the right shop when multiple people recommend Joe’s to me and there’s a reason why they are consistently busy.

I have been a customer (with my 2007 Mustang) for a few years. I would think of going anywhere else. Excellent work, professional attention, honest and fair. When you find a shop like this, you never look at anyone else.

David has fixed bearings, suspension, and radiator on my car and my sons control arm, bearings, and other things on the car. He gets the parts and fixes the car in a timely manner. I recommend this auto shop if you want to save money and have the job done right. The dealership could never give me this price. Family owned and local business is the way to go.
